With several Flavorite sites located across Victoria, the IPM Team Member role is based at our growing Tatura location which currently employs over 300 employees.

About the opportunity:

We are currently seeking an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Team Member to join our Tatura site's growing IPM department.

As an IPM Team Member, you will be primarily responsible for management of all weeding operations, crop spray applications and involved in other relevant IPM operations such as applying spray applications and operating spraying equipment.

The role will suit an applicant who is keen to commence or develop their career in IPM. Further, the role will complement an energetic, motivated person who is keen to learn and who can follow direction.

Key Accountabilities:

·      Ensure that weeding tasks are completed as per agreed schedules 

·         Assist in the preparation of Greenhouse spray applications 

·         Ensure spray equipment is in good working order

·        Assist in the application of agro-chemicals with spray equipment to eradicate pest and diseases

·        Assist in maintaining hygiene requirements at the entrance of Glasshouse doors

•              Provide accurate information regarding weeding priorities across the farm (indoor and outdoor)

The successful candidate will have the following: 

·         Energetic and motivated attitude

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Can work alone or in a team

 .       Ability to work inside a Greenhouse and outside on the property.

·           Organized, reliable and has a good attention to detail

   Previous horticulture or agriculture experience (desirable)
