With several sites located across Victoria, the roles are based at our Tatura location and currently employs over 300 employees.

About the Opportunities: 

Flavorite Tatura is looking for passionate and motivated applicants seeking to get a foot in the door and develop their leadership experience with entry level Team Leader vacancies across our Harvest (Picking), Crop Care and Production (Packing) divisions.

At Flavorite, we provide new team members with a full onboarding and training program to set them up for success.

The Crop Care Team is responsible for the management, care and cultivation of crops and ensuring the Crop Care tasks are completed in line with the relevant KPIs and quality requirements for the specific crop.

The Harvest (Picking)Team is responsible for managing all resources to ensure the implementation of the picking strategies are undertaken to achieve budgeted production levels and quality KPIs

The Production (Packing) team is responsible for ensure that all packing functions are completed meeting speed and quality measures required for our customer orders.

The successful candidate/s will have:

• A strong interest in developing their leadership capabilities.
• Good organisational skills
• Motivation & Initiative
• Be comfortable in providing training and feedback.
• Good communication skills
• An understanding and appreciation of safe working practices
• Experience with Microsoft products.

A background in Agriculture, Horticulture, Production or Warehousing is regarded, but not essential. At Flavorite we believe our entry level Team Leader roles will suit candidates who have great communication skills, are reliable and responsible, and who are motivated to further develop their skills with a premier grower of glasshouse hydroponic produce.

Flavorite Tatura

Located in Tatura VIC, within the Goulburn Valley, also known as Australia's food bowl, the region is abundant with orchards, wineries, produce makers and river networks. Our expanding Tatura location is currently 21.5 Hectares and continuing to grow with an additional Glasshouse and new Packing Facility under construction and operational in 2024, that will lead to further leadership opportunities that will become available!
