With several Flavorite sites located across Victoria, this role is based at our Katunga location which currently employs up to 200 employees.

The role

Flavorite are seeking an experienced Commercial Site Cleaner to join the growing team at our Katunga location. 

Working in a welcoming and supportive environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing the specified cleaning schedule to ensure the presentation and cleanliness of Flavorite's offices and farm facilities.

Key Accountabilities:

• Completing the cleaning tasks of:
  • Vacuuming
  • Sweeping
  • Mopping
  • Wiping surfaces
  • Dusting
  • Cleaning restrooms
  • Removal of rubbish
  • Restocking products
  • Ensure good housekeeping of storage areas.
  • Reporting Maintenance, Safety issues, Near Misses and Hazards, 
  • Unlocking facility at beginning of shift if required
  • Locking and securing the facility at the end of the shift if required

All of the above tasks must be undertaken by meeting the established KPI’s and quality requirements.

About you:

• You have a naturally friendly and positive demeanor.
•  Have previous customer service experience.
• Demonstratable commercial site cleaning experience. 
• Are self-motivated and can maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
•  Ability to understand and follow safety procedures at all times.
• Have a high fitness level and experience working across a large site.
