Pacific Blue Produce is a packing and warehouse facility with state of the art equipment which began operation in Woolgoolga, NSW in August 2016. Pacific Blue Produce packs and markets local Australian Growers Cucumbers and Blueberries to leading national retailers across Australia.

About the Opportunity

To meet seasonal requirements Pacific Blue is currently looking for available people to join the organization end of May/ early June as Production Team Members.  We have 7 positions available, the core function of the Production Team Member is to pack fruit in line with customer requirements.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Pack fruit to meet KPIs and quality requirements
• Operate Packing machinery as required and directed
• Meet quality standards set by business
• Follow all production hygiene protocols
• Other tasks as required

Core capabilities of successful candidates:

• Previous experience with repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow instruction
• Reliable and motivated
• Good level of fitness
• Strong team work abilities
• High attention to detail
• Basic level of verbal and written English
