Pacific Blue Produce is located just north of Coffs Harbour in Woolgoolga NSW.

Founded in 2016, Pacific Blue Produce packs Australian grown cucumbers and blueberries and markets them to all major retailers across Australia.

With a dedicated team using state-of-the-art processes, equipment and machinery, we pride ourselves on bringing the best produce to market every day.

Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of the packing functions to ensure production deadlines are met.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the workloads of the team through supervision and delegation
• Training and development of team members to complete packing tasks
• Operate packing machines in accordance with daily orders
• Performing maintenance on machines as required
• Packing tasks on the production lines

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday with some overtime and weekend work in peak season.  Successful applicants must be able to flexible with their availability to respond to business needs.  As this is a full-time ongoing position applicants must have full working rights to be considered.
