About the Opportunity:
Flavorite is seeking a Store person & Forklift Operator to join our Logistics team. Reporting directly to the Wholesale Production Coordinator.
The Main Duties Include:
This is a varied role which includes both Forklift operator and Store person responsibilities. As a Forklift operator you will be responsible for all market tasks involving consolidation of store orders, rotating stock, restacking, setting up and stock movements within the market perimeters, operating machinery and conforming to all market bylaws to achieve the relevant KPI’s and quality requirements. The Store person is responsible for picking and packing orders.
It is a Full-Time role, working an early morning shift with a guarantee of 38 hours per week.
The working hours for may vary depending on the season and supply of our produce. Generally, start times are as follows:
- Monday 12:00am
- Tuesday 2:00am
- Wednesday 2:00am
- Thursday 1:00am
- Friday 1:00am
There may be a requirement to work some Sunday morning hours. These hours are allocated on a shared 6-week rotating roster.
If you have a current and valid forklift license and some previous experience working in dispatch, loading, and unloading trucks in a similar, fast-paced environment then we would love to hear from you!
Please note this role is working within a refrigerated environment (between 11°C - 15°C)
