We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Warehouse operations and drive our team towards excellence.

 

What does the role look like:

Team Management

  • Supervise the Warehouse Team, ensuring all tasks related to warehouse operations are executed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Oversee daily workloads, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance to ensure quality and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Support the development, engagement, and motivation of team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage employee rosters and shift scheduling to optimize productivity. 

Warehouse Operations

  • Supervise box production, ensuring it meets order specifications and maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Ensure correct stock levels are maintained for all packaging, overseeing storage and rotation to minimize waste.
  • Conduct audits to ensure packaging quality and manage supplier credits for defective items.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of packaging inventory, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain and perform routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks for warehouse systems and equipment.
  • Manage inventory levels of farm consumables and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and maintain proper documentation.

What will you bring:

  • Previous leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • A valid driver's and forklift license
  • Previous experience in stock control and relevant computer systems.
