We are currently have two Crop Care Leading Hand positions, one based at our Mansfield site, the other 2 based at our Warragul site and one other based at our Katunga site to lead our Crop Care operations and drive our team towards excellence.

We’re looking for a motivated Crop Care Leading Hand to lead a team in our greenhouse operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll guide team members, ensure high-quality crop care, and support training and development—all while promoting a positive and productive work environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and motivate the Crop Care Team to meet their deliverables

  • Support training and performance development

  • Ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and team wellbeing is prioritized

What You’ll Bring:

  • Leadership experience with strong people and communication skills

  • A proactive, team-first attitude

  • Background in agriculture or crop care is a plus (but not required)
