About The Role  

Flavorite are excited to be seeking a motivated and solutions focused Harvest Supervisor to lead and inspire a team in the management of our Capsicum crops. This role is key to ensuring optimal yield, high-quality standards, and the achievement of budgeted levels of production.

 

What You Will Be Doing 

As a Harvest Supervisor, you will be responsible for training, guiding, and motivating our Harvest team to meet performance, quality, training and safety targets, whilst maintaining operational efficiencies.

 

Key Deliverables Include: 

 

Manage Labour Requirements and Strategy:

Oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient operations

Monitor Quality and Performance Targets:

Ensure harvesting and production processes meet company standards and performance benchmarks

Operate Farm Machinery and Equipment:

Safely operate and maintain a variety of plant and equipment as required

Training and Development of Team:

One your key responsibilities is to ensure that your team is skilled, competent and continously improving, where you contribute to a learning culture and prompty address skill gaps
