We at Flavorite are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Trade Assistant to support our team in maintaining and servicing farm machinery and infrastructure across our glasshouses and wider property.

The role is based on our Warragul site, full-time, Monday - Friday, with on-call responsibilities once every six weeks.

What will you do:

Assist with servicing and routine maintenance of machinery and farm equipment.
Perform general mechanical repairs and upkeep.
Maintain trolleys and assist with vent systems inside the glasshouses.
Support in basic fabrication tasks; welding skills are a bonus but not essential.

What will you bring:

A current driver’s license
A current forklift license
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
A good level of fitness with the ability to undertake physical and repetitive work
Good problem-solving abilities
Previous experience on a farm (highly preferable)
