About The Role 

Play a pivotal role in driving the People agenda at Flavorite by partnering with Leaders across our Northern Victoria sites. This role is about enabling leaders to deliver the best possible operational business outcomes, ensuring the HR strategy is fully aligned with business needs. 

Through active leadership in talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and development initiatives, this role will enable an exceptional end-to-end employee experience. Additionally, the HRBP will partner with key stakeholders to drive strategic change management efforts, enhancing employee engagement and retention to meet the broader business objectives. 

 

What You Will Be Doing 

Business Partnering with Leaders on all things people related with a strong focus on talent development, recruitment and workforce planning: 

 

  • Strategic HR Partnership: 
    Align HR initiatives with business objectives, provide expert advice, and support leaders through change management and strategic planning. 

  • Employee Relations & Industrial Relations: 
    Manage employee relations issues, ensure compliance with legislation, and coach leaders on performance management and conflict resolution. 

  • Talent Management & Workforce Planning: 
    Drive recruitment, succession planning, and career development to attract and retain top talent. Lead workforce planning initiatives to meet business needs. 

  • Employee Engagement & Culture: 
    Collaborate on initiatives to enhance engagement, retention, and culture. Support DEI programs to foster an inclusive environment. 

  • Health, Safety & Wellbeing: 
    Partner with the OHS Team and Leaders to prioritise safety, health and wellbeing initiatives and programs 

  • Continuous Improvement & Operations: 
    Lead HR process improvements, align practices with industry standards, and manage HR data to support decision-making. 

  • HR Projects: Collaborate with the wider HR Team on all people related projects as necessary 

 

What You Will Bring 

  • Great energy & passion for all things People related! 

  • A Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field 

  • 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end HR & Recruitment, including workforce planning 

  • Strong understanding of FairWork Legislation & experience in managing Employment Relations matters 

  • Proven ability to coach and guide stakeholders on Modern Awards & Australian Legislation 

  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-site environment is a strong plus 

  • Strong Commercial acumen 

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and negotiate at all levels 

  • Proficient with Microsoft office Word, Excel
