Packing Leading Hand

We are looking for Leading Hands to work in our brand-new Packing Facility, working full-time on a 4-day roster from Wednesday to Saturday.

This role is a fantastic entry-level role into leadership with full internal leadership training provided to help further your career opportunities within the business.  We are committed to supporting great people develop their skills and in turn, their careers. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Packing Supervisor to manage and complete packing operations on your packing line
  • Completing daily orders in line with quality requirements and KPI’s.
  • Assist with employee training and management of the line, working closely with your Packing Supervisor.
  • Operate a range of packing machines in accordance with daily order requirements.
  • Ensure that all tools and equipment are in working order and available for use when required.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any packing line machinery and system issues.
  • Ensure all production and farm hygiene protocols are being adhered to.

With our new Packing facility being constructed, we are starting to see more opportunities become available for our Production Department.
