Production Horticulturist - Senior (Multiple Sites)

About the Role:

We're seeking Senior Production Horticulturists to support crop strategy and greenhouse operations. You'll train staff, monitor crop health, and help implement growing programs to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and implement growing strategies

• Monitor crop quality, pests, and disease

• Train and supervise staff

• Operate and maintain irrigation, equipment & nutrient systems

• Apply crop treatments and chemicals (ChemCert desirable)

• Participate in the on-call roster

About You:

• Cert III or 3–5 years’ horticulture experience

• Strong crop care knowledge

• Forklift license & ChemCert preferred

• Computer literate and team-oriented
