About the Role – Horticulture Grower (Nursery), Warragul:
Lead nursery crop production, manage teams and schedules, implement growing strategies, and oversee climate control, safety, and quality standards. Responsible for planning, reporting, and ensuring crop and market readiness.

Key Duties:

Supervise and train team
Oversee crop planning, irrigation, IPM, climate systems
Monitor records, performance, safety, and hygiene
Operate nursery equipment and forklifts
Use SAP for orders/invoicing
Budget and manage labour/hours

About You:

Cert III/IV + 3 yrs or 5+ yrs experience
Leadership and training experience
Forklift licence
Strong numeracy, fit, and comfortable in warm conditions
