About the Roles

Crop Care Leading Hand
Lead a dedicated team within our greenhouse operations to ensure top-quality crop care. You’ll oversee key tasks, support training, and foster a positive and productive team culture.

Nursery Leading Hand
Take charge of daily nursery operations, guiding a team to grow healthy young plants for future production. You'll play a key role in planning, motivating staff, and driving continuous improvement.
