About the Roles:

As a Leading Hand, you’ll supervise daily operations, guide and motivate your team, and support quality outcomes across our greenhouses or nurseries.

As a Supervisor, you’ll drive team performance, manage schedules, and ensure high standards in crop care. Your leadership will be key to meeting KPIs, maintaining safety and quality, and aligning daily operations with business goals.

As a Growing Technician, you will assist the Growers in collecting data, conducting regular checks on our crops, keep an eye out for pest and disease. 

As a Packing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the operation of production equipment to ensure orders are delivered to deadline and quality specifications. 

As a Grower, you will play a vital role in optimising maximum production for our crops through strategies.
