Production Machine Operator

We’re welcoming 2 new Production Machine Operators to join our growing production team at our Tatura location, with roster options available Monday to Friday or Wednesday to Saturday. You’ll play a key role in making sure our fresh produce is packed correctly, efficiently, and ready to reach customers around Australia.

What does a day in the life of a Production Machine Operating look like?

• Operating packing machines safely and efficiently
• Following daily orders and production schedules
• Performing basic machine checks and maintenance
• Preparing product samples for quality checks
• Keeping tools and packing items clean, organised, and accessible
• Reporting any issues to the Packing Supervisor

What We’re Looking For:

We’re open to all backgrounds – if you’re reliable, hands-on, and ready to learn, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed.

• Mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining machinery
• Strong numeracy skills for accurate reporting and monitoring
• Strong attention to detail and good time management
• A problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
• Previous production or machine operation experience (desired, but not essential)
