With several Flavorite sites located across Victoria, this role is based at our Warragul location which currently employs up to 550 employees.     

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Leading Hand assists with making sure our customer orders meet expectations in terms of quality and timeliness. This role will suit a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with sound judgement and strong quality and safety orientation.  Some experience within a production environment would also be an advantage but is not essential.

The successful applicant will be responsible for

• Operating and managing a range of packing machines
• Reporting issues to the Production Supervisor
• Performing higher duties in the absence of the Production Supervisor
• Assist in training and development of team members.
• Quality control
• Health and Safety
  

Previous experience in team leadership is desirable but is not required as full training will be provided.
